Celtic Football Club can today announce an outstanding opportunity to join the club’s pantheon of legends.

Past greats include Willie Maley, John Thomson, Patsy Gallacher, Charlie Tully, Jock Stein, Billy McNeill, Jimmy Johnstone, Kenny Dalglish, Paul McStay, Lubomir Moravcik, Henrik Larsson and of course the late great Tommy Burns among innumerable others.

However, we are always looking for new candidates and we are offering you the chance to demonstrate your credentials to join football’s most prestigious club.

The Job

We require skilled football professionals of strong character to commit themselves fully to achieving our goals while maintaining the ideals of our supporters. The job is physically demanding so you will need to be prepared to work for your team-mates and the supporters of the club, putting Celtic’s aspirations before your own.

This is a demanding position and one that would suit professionals who thrive on pressure and are motivated by expectation. Moreover, playing for a club with unlimited ambition requires sportsmen who are constantly seeking new standards of excellence.

How to apply

Trials/live auditions will take place tonight in Tannadice Park, Dundee at 7.45pm. This will take the form of a highly competitive football match with victory a must.

Successful candidates will be advised immediately and receive an award on the night.
